At Norwest Painting Group , we recently completed an end-of-lease office painting project for a two-storey commercial office with a loft area in Alexandria. Here’s a quick look at the job and how we helped our client get the space ready for handover.

Dark feature walls can be eye-catching, but when it comes time to vacate, they often need to be painted over with a neutral colour – typically white. Covering dark colours properly takes a skilled hand and the right products. Our team applied multiple coats with precision to ensure no shadow or bleed-through remained. The end result? A clean, bright space ready for inspection.

This particular office had lots of exposed beams and unique design elements that required extra attention. We took care to paint around these details cleanly, protecting their character while still delivering a professional finish across the space.
