Do you work to a construction program and handover dates?
Yes. We plan the painting stage around your build sequence and staging, and we work alongside other trades on live sites. We agree the sequence up front so painting fits the program rather than dictating it.
Can you take on multi-dwelling developments?
Yes. Multi-dwelling developments are a regular part of our workload, and our largest single program to date was 84 duplexes on a $1.4 million project. We can stage works building by building so completed dwellings are not held up.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Norwest Painting Group is fully licensed in New South Wales (393197C) and Queensland (15511807), and carries full insurance on every job.
Do you provide fixed-price quotes?
Yes. Every quote is fixed and itemised, setting out the surfaces, the number of coats, the paint systems and what is included. There are no vague allowances, so you can compare it properly against anyone else.
Can you work after hours or around other trades?
Yes. We regularly work after hours and on weekends where it keeps a site moving or keeps a business trading, and our crews are used to sharing a site with other trades.
What happens with touch-ups before handover?
We inspect our own work under light, complete the touch-ups ourselves and leave the area clean. The aim is simple: the painting should not be the thing holding up your handover.
Which paint systems do you use?
We work with Dulux and Taubmans, and we specify the system to suit the surface, the exposure and how the space will be used. Low-VOC options are available where fast re-occupancy matters.
Do you travel outside Sydney for larger projects?
Yes. We regularly travel to regional NSW and interstate for clients we have an existing relationship with, including multi-site commercial programs and fitout rollouts.
